Our ESG strategy framework.
Our Group ESG Strategy Framework outlines key material topics, aligning with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. The strategy focuses on three pillars: safeguarding the environment, maximising social value and ensuring strong governance and business ethics. Key focus areas include climate change mitigation, resource management, health, safety and well-being, ethics and transparency, anti-corruption and bribery, data privacy, legal compliance and human rights.
With customer satisfaction as the end goal, we are implementing environmental initiatives such as optimising energy efficiency and obtaining green building certifications. Our Standards of Conduct policy protects employee rights, promotes workplace inclusivity, and addresses discrimination or harassment.
